ESP'S TOEFL TRAINING

TBI's speaker was explaining about TOEFL

 Toefl Training is one of the annual event from Education Department. This event’s purpose is to improve the Toefl skill and prepare students who want to study abroad or get international scholarship. This even held twice a year. The participants of Toefl Training is not just from ESP members but also from all of the university in Malang. In the first Toefl Training, we worked with TBI to organize The Toefl Training and Simulations. TBI (The British Institute) is one of the outstanding English language course in Malang that provides training courses to develop students' English proficiency and their self-confidence to go beyond the threshold by applying communicative, practice-based, and student-centered learning methods. This even was held on May 7th 2017, from 08.00 am until 02.00 pm at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology building D 3.1.  The Chief Executive in the first Toefl Training is Sindi Alfianti from Education department. There are  100 participants in the first Toefl Training. The event started with training from TBI’s speaker. In this training session the speaker gave a lot of way to sharpen toefl skill and give some example about answering toefl questions. TBI also gave souvenir for active participants.

After that, the participants will get simulation toefl test so they were not just get the theory but they also practice directly. So we really hope our event will help student to improve their toefl skill and able to go abroad easily.

We held Toefl Training twice a year because we got many good apreciation from participants and they asked to held Toelf Training more often. The different of the first and second Toefl Training is just the english course partner. In the second Toefl Training we worked with The Test Coach. The Test Coach is one of the new English Course in Malang. This second event also started with training from speaker and after that the participant got simulation test. In this second Toefl Training we just served for 70 participants. The chief executive of the second Toefl Training is Rofif Fezqa from Education Department.

We really hope this even will give a lot of benefit for all the participant and comittee.. See you in the next Toefl Training guys..
